Your job is to locate the people entitled for a insurance refund from HUD/FHA.

You will receive 30% of the amount to be refunded as a processing fee for filing the proper documents with HUD and having the necessary forms signed by the borrower. For instance, a refund of $1500 would be $450 as a tracer's fee.

You will be provided with a complete computer list. This list is published monthly.

You will have the option to purchase the list from us or from the government. The only difference will be that ordering the list from the government will take 4-6 weeks. Ordering from us it will take only 5-7 days for the same price.

The list is available in all 52 states and it will give you :

the name of the mortgagor (customer)

his address and property address

the amount to be refunded and

the HUD/FHA case number.
