Yes, absolutely in every way. And HUD/FHA wants you to do this. It saves them millions in
administrative costs.

The average refund is $800.00- $1200.00 which makes your 20% - 30% fee equal to $240.00
-$400.00. But if you wanted too, you could work on only the people who had over $1000.00

You can charge whatever you feel is fair. Don't be greedy! Also, you always need to call
it a processing fee and not a finders fee. This enables you to charge more than 5 - 10%.

You can start making money the same day, but it will usually take a couple days for you to
